Welcome to Mind Centered Counselling Services

The counselling service I provide is aimed at both individuals, as well as those experiencing difficulties in relationships whether it be couples (married or de-facto) or family. My service targets the challenges associated with poor communication, and how to deal with and effectively resolve conflict.

During sessions we also address various emotional difficulties such as triggers from previous traumas, the fear of vulnerability, problems with intimacy and a myriad of matters that may affect relationships.

Sessions are carried out in a warm, caring, and non-judgemental way.

My aim is for everyone to collaborate towards arriving at a place of better understanding of and more compassion for themselves and others, while stepping away from previous patterns that may have caused harm.
